Stations of the Cross. This afternoon all of Key Stage 2 journeyed around the hall. We remembered Jesus’ last journey and what he has taught us. Ash Wednesday liturgy and distribution of Ashes. The whole school came together for the start of Lent. We considered using the time productively by fasting, praying and being charitable. Animal Experience visits our school. The children in Key Stage 1 had a wonderful morning learning about the exotic animals that came to visit. They asked lots of questions and were able to hold each one. We also had a whole school assembly. https://t.co/SGJZ07uhrz

Gardening sets delivered to school. Mary, CO-OP Member Pioneer for Lavenham and Great Cornard came to deliver gardening sets to early years this morning. These will be used often and the plants will provide habitats and sustenance for small creatures. #itswhatwedo https://t.co/wr7SIMk5h1
Bradley and his team kindly brought us some mulch for our garden project. The mulch came from the Newton Road cemetery project. Whilst cutting back the trees and undergrowth the team have uncovered war graves and are working to improve the site. @SudburyTC Thank you wardens. https://t.co/LXoHOufBTE

I just wanted to say thank you for all you have done for our child, we were so worried about the transition because of his additional needs but everything has run so smoothly and he is very happy.

I am so impressed with the way the children are conducting themselves, they are so focussed and want to achieve. Their class teacher has given them so much self-belief.

We ask you to extend our thanks and congratulations to everyone from the school who was involved in the carol service at the Sudbury library. We have known about music at the school right the way through our almost 40 years in Sudbury, so in that sense Saturday’s event was no surprise. In this day and age, however, it is simply glorious to see children performing with their school like this.
