Admin Assistant: 32.5 hrs per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: Grade 3 Point 7 (£20, 092 pro rata)
We are seeking an applicant who is hardworking, reliable and flexible and can work successfully as part of a team to join our caring, friendly school. You will be part of our conscientious, supportive admin team providing an efficient and effective administration and reception service, undertaking routine office duties. A good sense of humour, willingness to adapt, and the ability to use initiative as appropriate are considered essential qualities. The successful candidate will become part of a supportive hardworking staff led on a day to day basis by the Head of School, Kate Copeman. The school is federated with St Joseph’s, a smaller Catholic school in Sudbury with Maria Kemble being the Executive Headteacher. The admin teams across both schools work closely together and whilst you will be based at St Edmund’s there may be occasions when you will be required to work at St Joseph’s.
