Week 5

Hello Noah Class,

Welcome back after the Easter break.  We hope you were able to have an enjoyable and relaxed couple of weeks. It still seems so strange not being in school and seeing all your smiling faces and watching you grow both physically, emotionally and academically.  We do love seeing what you have been up to at home via Tapestry and The Home Learning email.  So  please keep sending us photos and videos and telling us what you have done.

If we were at school our project for this half term would be 'How do plants and animals grow?' and so a lot of our suggested activities over the next few weeks will be based around this topic.  It is a great topic for this time of year and hopefully during your daily exercise outside and in your own back garden you will get to experience this first hand.  As I mentioned last week we have some nesting birds in our garden and just up the road is a field full of baby lambs, which are very sweet!  We would still like you to continue with the regular learning to which you will be familiar with now on the learning chart. (it is in black). Some useful websites are; www.oxfordowl.co.uk and www.readingeggs.co.uk for reading and www.themathsfactor.co.uk for maths activities. If you have any worries or queries please get in touch via home learning and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will continue to check in to see any updates.

Wishing you all good health

Love

Miss Mortimer, Mrs Ruane, Mrs Shaw, Mrs Oldershaw and Mrs Mumford
